Tule Rosso DOP Nero D'Avola Ciello

100% Nero d’Avola grapes picked from their own organic vineyards. One week maceration of whole bunch (40%) and de-stemmed (60%) grapes. Fermented by wild yeast with no additions of sulphur, no fining or filtration. Chewy plum character, herbal with peppery tannins.
