Poderi Cellario - E' Orange 75cl

Orange wine vinified with a week or two of maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation, and unclarified. After racking, it is aged in amphora and cement in our underground cellar.
The maceration gives it a long, slightly tannic finish. It retains a natural opalescence.
